Denyse Wilson, Realtor
Denyse Wilson has been a licensed Realtor for over 14 years. She started selling Real Estate in the Rancho Cucamonga, area before moving to Temecula in 2008 with her husband, Steve and son Jordan. Denyse is a native of Chicago, Illinois and has lived in California for 23 years.
She loves what she does and enjoys meeting new people. Her professionalism is built on great communication with her clients and understanding their needs. Whether selling a home or just educating her clients on the market, her main goal is to provide quality service to help them make the right decision for their family.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and is currently serving her 8th year as Board of Director for Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtor (SRCAR). She was Pre-Elect for 2018 and President of the Association in 2019. Denyse is an active member in Real Estate holding positions at the Local and State level. She was Women’s Council of Realtor President in 2011 and Women’s Council of Realtor State Ways & Means Chair in 2012. Denyse is well trained and experienced in Real Estate. Strong marketing skills, listening to her client’s needs, getting them the best value for their home in the least amount of time is what she works very hard for. Her clients are 90% referral from past clients because of the great rapport and relationship she has with them. Denyse wants her clients for life…. that’s why she puts them first. She is also very active in her Community giving, mentoring, serving, leading and educating. She volunteers with Community Mission of Hope by hosting neighborhood can food drives twice a year to help feed our local homeless and families in need. She also has served as an “Encourager” for teens at Rancho Damacitas Foster Care. Two years ago, Denyse signed up to sponsor two students at the Imani Christian School in Kenya. For the last 7 years Denyse has helped facilitate Women’s bible study & Women’s Events at her church to encourage and uplift women. Denyse continues to serve on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association. In 2016 Denyse was the Chair for the annual Heart and Stroke walk in Temecula at Lake Skinner. In 2017 Denyse fulfilled her goal to host an event to Empower, Educate and Uplift Women and Men at the 1st “Rock Your Red” event which is held on National “Go Red” Day for Women by the AHA. Six years ago, Denyse underwent open heart surgery for a congenital heart disease. She wasn’t aware of the warning signs but knew she needed to seek medical advice and because of her persistence she’s able to share with women what the warning signs of Heart Disease are and what to look for. Denyse’s passion is to spread awareness for a Healthy Heart and to reduce Cardiovascular Disease Death by 20% by the year 2020. Denyse’s “Why” in Life is her family.
